The portable Counter Top XRF (CTX) is small, light-weight, safety-interlocked, and battery operated. At less than 7 kilograms in weight, the self-contained CTX is truly portable, and has a small footprint of 14 cm in width.

The CTX is all about high performance EDXRF in a small, lightweight and sleek, portable configuration. The durable stainless steel body withstands all environmental conditions and is easy to clean. At under 7.5 kg and less than 27 cm high, the CTX is truly portable and takes up very little space on any surface. The CTX fits securely into its standard Pelican case and optional protective backpack. All user operation is through a front panel touchscreen display or an optional PC via Wi-Fi or USB. Connections are within easy reach under the display. Samples can be placed as-is inside a safety chamber with ample room or in sample cups, baggies or other containers.

The CTX uses a 4W X-ray source featuring Bruker's patented SharpBeam™ optimized X-ray geometry, a high-performance silicon drift detector (SDD) with Bruker’s patented DetectorShield™, as well as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® and USB connectivity. The CTX’s touchscreen user-interface provides measurement control and results display. Additionally, Bruker’s Toolbox PC software enables full remote operation of the CTX and optional PC software includes Bruker’s Artax™ for advanced qualitative, semi-quantitative composition analysis, as well as EasyCal™ for user-defined empirical correlations.

The S1 TITAN series is available in five (5) configurations: models 800, 600, 500, 300 and 200. All models use Bruker’s SharpBeamTM technology. The S1 TITAN 800 and 600 use a large area CUBE(TM) SDD detector to give you incredibly fast analysis times. The S1 TITAN 500 is configured with a fast, accurate, and affordable standard SDD detector. The S1 TITAN 200 and 300  are configured with an economical Si-PIN detector. In addition, the S1 TITAN can be configured with calibrations that are optimized for a variety of sample materials- including a wide range of alloys, various mining & environmental samples, as well as restricted materials.

The S1 TITAN can now be configured with optional integrated camera and/or small spot collimator.

Thanks to the S1 TITAN’s SharpBeamTM optimized geometry, the precision and accuracy of the measurement are the same as for the normal spot- there is no need to extend the measurement time to achieve the desired precision. The camera options is available for S1 TITAN 800 and 600. The 5mm spot size is standard for all models, however the S1 TITAN 800 can be configured with either an optional 8mm or 3mm spot.

Go-Scan C-view is a light weight ruggedized real time X-ray imaging system specifically designed for hand-held inspection such, among other, Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) inspection. It includes a high speed and high resolution CMOS imager and a battery-operated 70kV x-ray tube designed for portable field operation. The C2503 ‘XS’ X-ray tube for crawlers is unique to the market as it delivers up to 250 kV within an 8’’ diameter.

Furthermore, it enables the inspection of pipelines from 10’’ to 32’’. In addition and to provide you with compactness, a special crawler control unit has been developed for the SITEXS. The CCU187 is designed to be mounted directly on the tubehead within the same diameter. In this model provided the following power 200, 225, 250 kV.

The SITEX and SITEXS panoramic X-ray tubes come equipped with a patented automatic system of beam correction. Perfect homogeneity is ensured thanks to a real time feedback loop adjustment and the EMR value achieved on the films is < 5%. In SITEX model provide as the following X-ray power 180, 200, 225, 250, 300, 320, 360 kV.

These ‘XS’ X-ray generators are in fact reduced versions of the corresponding SITEX units available in 200, 225 and 250 kV versions and provide considerably more compactness.

The SITEX directional generators are equipped with an internal ‘carousel’. This contains a lead cap and 4 diaphragms that are calibrated for the films that are used the most. Ensuring protection from accidental on-site losses and weighing in total a mere 1.0 kg, this very practical device replaces approximately 20 kg of fragile and space-consuming accessories. The carousel fitted on the SITEXS provides the same features and is equipped with a laser pointer. To ensure ease of handling, direct access has been arranged on the moving part.
